We welcome you to our new site dedicated to the hard working corporate folks downtown. Each week Kali Yuga Yoga hosts a practice conveniently in the AT&T tower to de-stress and rejuvenate your overtime over-scheduled body! Details on the classes below...

New to yoga- no problem! Experienced yoga instructor, Katie Noss, will easily help guide you through beginner poses introducing proper technique suited for your body.

Katie will be updating this site each week with information about classes and fun tidbits to expand your practice. So be sure and keep checking here for news...
